Setup Guide

Follow these steps to set up Activity Check on your Discord server.

Step 1: Invite the Bot

Invite the bot to your Discord server using our official OAuth2 invite link. Make sure you have Administrator or Manage Server permissions.

Permission Notice: To ensure smooth operation without permission conflicts, assigning Administrator or configuring granular channel overrides is recommended.

Step 2: Configure Permissions

Ensure the bot has the following permissions in channels where activity checks will be deployed:

Send Messages & Embed LinksPost interactive check cards, embed results, and send log summaries.
Read Message History & Add ReactionsTrack user verification clicks and monitor emoji reactions.

Step 3: Run Your First Activity Check

Run a manual activity check in any staff or community channel:

/activitycheck

Users will see an interactive card prompting them to click to confirm their activity. Once the timer expires, stats and winners will be announced automatically.

When the timer expires:

  • Activity results are processed automatically.
  • Statistics & leaderboards are calculated in real-time.
  • Winners are selected randomly (if configured).
  • Summary cards are posted directly to your log channel.

Pro-tip: Make sure members have permissions to view and interact with the channel where you run the activity check!
